Return Conditions

Return Process

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Policy

Return Shipping Cost

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), Drubotara.com will bear the return shipping cost
• If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges
