1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

Pricing: All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless we state otherwise. We reserve the right to change the prices of products at any time without prior notice, but any such changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price. If your order is canceled due to a pricing error and you have already paid, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that an item will always be in stock even if it is listed on our site. 5. Orders and Payments

By placing an order on Drubotara.com, you agree to the terms below regarding the ordering process and payment:

Order Process and Acceptance: When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. After you submit an order, we may send you an order acknowledgement via email or SMS. Please note: this initial confirmation is not final acceptance of your order; it is an acknowledgement that we received your request. The contract of sale is only formed when we have reviewed and accepted your order and dispatched the product(s) to you. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order in whole or in part, for reasons such as inability to process payment, suspicion of fraud, unexpected stock issues, or errors in product information. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund for the canceled items.
Payment Methods: We offer the following payment options for purchases:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): You may pay in cash at the time of delivery. COD is available for eligible locations as indicated during checkout. Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to make the payment and receive the product. If you fail to provide payment upon delivery, we reserve the right to withhold the product and treat it as a refused order.
- Online Payments: You may pay online using electronic payment methods via third-party payment gateways (for example, credit/debit cards, mobile banking, or other digital payment services, as available). Our online payment processing is handled securely by reputable third-party payment providers. By choosing to pay online, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Payment Security: We take security seriously. For online payments, your payment information (such as card details) is handled by our payment gateway partners over encrypted connections. Drubotara does not store your full credit/debit card numbers or sensitive payment details on our own systems beyond what is necessary for order processing. You are responsible for ensuring that you are using a secure and trusted device/network when making online payments. We will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to any data you provide when paying online, except as required by law.
Third-Party Payment Processors: Since online payments are facilitated by third-party services, Drubotara is not responsible for any errors, payment failures, or security issues arising from faults on the part of these payment processors. Any disputes or issues with payments (especially in the case of prepaid orders) may be subject to the terms and customer service of the relevant payment gateway or bank. However, we will reasonably assist you in resolving payment issues to ensure you either receive your purchased products or get a refund if appropriate.
Billing and Account Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and contact information for all orders. If you create an account, you must promptly update any information (billing address, phone number, email, etc.) that changes, so we can process your transactions and contact you as needed. Drubotara reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be from dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders that violate these Terms or any law.
Fraud Prevention: All orders are subject to verification. We may contact you for additional verifications or information before accepting any order. If we suspect any fraudulent or illegal activity, we may cancel the order and/or suspend the relevant account.

6. Delivery and Shipping

We aim to deliver your orders swiftly and reliably. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding shipping and delivery:

Delivery Areas: We currently ship throughout Bangladesh. Delivery services are either managed by our in-house delivery team or third-party courier partners. You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery if the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
Estimated Delivery Times: Our typical delivery timeframes are: 24–48 hours for deliveries within Dhaka city, and 48–72 hours for deliveries outside Dhaka (for other districts in Bangladesh). These timeframes are estimates (in business/working hours) and not guaranteed commitments. The delivery clock generally starts from the time we confirm your order and dispatch the item.
Possible Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, actual delivery can be influenced by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, transportation strikes, inclement weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. Drubotara is not liable for any delivery delays or failures due to such circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we anticipate a significant delay in delivering your order, we will do our best to inform you promptly via email, SMS, or phone.
Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping or handling fees will be communicated to you at checkout before you confirm your order. For certain promotions or order values, shipping may be free or reduced – see the specific offer details if applicable. All shipping fees are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka.
Ownership and Risk: Title to the products and risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product has been delivered to your specified address and received by you or someone on your behalf. We strongly recommend inspecting the package upon delivery. If the package appears significantly damaged on arrival, you may refuse the delivery and immediately notify us so we can address the issue. Signing the delivery receipt (or accepting the package) indicates that the shipment was received in acceptable condition.
Delivery Attempts: Our delivery personnel or courier partner will attempt delivery to the address you provide. If no one is available to accept the package, a re-delivery may be attempted (usually, the courier will contact you to schedule). If delivery fails after the prescribed number of attempts (often 2 attempts, depending on courier policy), we may cancel the order and have the item returned to us. In such case, if you had pre-paid, a refund will be processed (less any shipping fees incurred, if the failure was due to incorrect address or unavailability). For COD orders, repeated failure to accept delivery may result in cancellation of your COD privileges for future orders.
International Shipping: At this time, Drubotara.com is focused on serving customers within Bangladesh. We do not offer international shipping unless explicitly stated. Any change in this policy will be updated in these Terms or on our Shipping info page.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may be able to return products under the conditions outlined below. By initiating a return, you agree to the following terms:

Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery (the date you or your designated recipient received the product), provided that the item remains unopened and unused. “Unopened” means the product is in its original sealed packaging, with any tags, seals, or shrink-wrap intact, and “unused” means the product has not been tried, tested, or consumed in any way. Items that have been opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return, due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain products cannot be returned for a refund due to their nature, even if they are unopened. These may include:
- Perishable or Health/Safety Items: Any item that is perishable or has an expiration date (e.g. some supplements or consumables) or items that pose health/hygiene risks once shipped (e.g. intimate products, sexual wellness items, personal care products that have been unsealed) may not be returnable. We will indicate on the product page if an item is final sale or non-returnable.
- Digital Goods or Services: If we offer any digital products or downloadable content, these are generally not returnable once delivered. (This may not apply currently if our catalog is only physical goods, but is noted for completeness.)
- Gift Cards or Coupons: Any gift cards, vouchers, or discount coupons issued are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via the contact information in Section 14 (e.g., email or phone) or through the return request feature on our website (if available). Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will verify if the item is eligible and provide you with return instructions, which may include a return authorization code and the address to which you should send the product.
Condition of Returned Items: When returning a product, it must include all original accessories, freebies, tags, manuals, and packaging that were delivered with the item. Please pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit. We reserve the right to reject a return or reduce the refund amount if the returned item is received damaged due to improper packaging, or if any accessories or parts are missing.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged product (for example, we sent the wrong item, or the product arrived in a broken condition), we will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a pickup at our expense.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, or any reason other than our error or a product defect, you may be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Inspection and Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition and eligibility. This inspection typically takes 2-3 business days from receipt. If the return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds for eligible returns will be issued in one of the following ways:
- For COD orders: as store credit or via bank transfer/mobile banking to an account you designate (we will coordinate the details with you).
- For online paid orders: back to the original payment method (for example, to the same credit card, bank account, or mobile wallet used). The timeline for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment processor or bank (usually 5-10 business days).
Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange (for example, to get a different size or an alternative product) instead of a refund, please mention this when contacting us for a return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will ship the replacement item after receiving the returned item in good condition. If the exchange item has a different price, we will arrange the necessary refund or additional payment with you.
Return Policy Abuse: We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if we detect patterns of abuse or fraud. For instance, if a customer repeatedly returns items after use, or returns items other than those originally sent, we may take appropriate actions such as flagging the account or restricting return privileges. Our return policy is in place to ensure fairness to all customers, and we ask that it be respected.
Statutory Rights: These return and refund provisions are in addition to any rights you may have under applicable Bangladeshi consumer protection laws. In case of a conflict, your statutory rights will prevail to the extent they cannot be limited or waived by contract.

- Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity. You must not pretend to be someone else or create a fake identity on our site.
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Moderation and Removal: We do not routinely review all user content before it is published, and the opinions expressed by users do not necessarily reflect our views. However, we reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, edit, refuse to publish, or remove any user content at our sole discretion. This may happen, for example, if content violates these Terms or our guidelines, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. We also reserve the right to disable user posting privileges for those who violate these content rules repeatedly or egregiously.
License to Use Your Content: By posting reviews or other content on Drubotara.com, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout our site, marketing channels, and any medium. However, arbitration will not be required in circumstances where it is prohibited by law (for example, some consumer protection laws may give you the right to go to court).
Legal Fees: In any legal action or proceeding to enforce rights under these Terms, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, in addition to any other relief that may be granted, to the extent permitted by law.
